Need your Invoice?

When you order from our website, your invoice is emailed to you automatically. If you can’t see it, it might’ve landed in your spam or junk folder worth a quick check.

Still no luck? Drop us a line at support@upperiscope.co.uk with your name, what you ordered, and the email you used. We’ll track it down and send you a new copy.

Any other questions? Just shout—we’re here to help.

Can we add our own logo?

Yes, if you're placing a larger order, we can add your company branding to the cards. Want to explore other custom options? Just get in touch and we’ll be happy to chat through what is possible.

Need decks fast for an event of training?

We can usually get larger orders delivered in 3–5 days across the UK, US, and EU.

If you're elsewhere, it might take a little longer but we'll always do our best to get them to you on time. Just let us know what you need.

Looking to order in bulk?

We’ll work with you to build a package that suits your team whether that’s mixing different decks, sorting out volume discounts, or handling invoicing. Just get in touch and we’ll take it from there.

Need a VAT invoice?

No problem. Add your VAT number at checkout and we’ll email you a receipt after you order.

That email will include a link to generate a full VAT invoice with your company details.

Changed your mind?

No worries. You can return physical items within 30 days as long as they’re in original condition.

Where is my digital deck?

Right after you buy, we’ll email you a link to access it. If you did not receive this after purchase please contact us on support@upperiscope.co.uk and we will resend it for you.

Can I return a digital deck?

Afraid not. Since digital products are available straight away, they can’t be returned like physical ones. Thanks for your understanding.
